I know the old fashion (php) forums layout…
lately I’ m seeing more of this “new” one’s layout on other’s Brand’s forum page.
Can anyone tell me what is this forum layout (whole structure) made with… ?

Hi the forum runs on open-source forum software called discourse they sponsor this forum for us but you can also host it yourself and change the look and feel of it through add-ons themes and extensions
