How to change to Gnome desktop from the default one after installation?
The RebornOS installer uses an extension that we have compiled in our repository: dash to panel, which is the one shown below, and where the icons are present.
If you want to leave your GNOME installation similar to the installer setup, you can install this extension:
sudo pacman -S gnome-shell-extension-dash-to-panel
We also have another very useful extension, which allows you to have a menu of applications in the dock, and it is called arcmenu. You can install it with:
sudo pacman -S gnome-shell-extension-arcmenu
