Instalation don't proceed

I cannot proceed with the installation. My headache is already immense!

I’ve tried formatting my compartment, deleting it, but nothing works. The message “getting your disk ready” stays on the screen but nothing happens for hours and hours. What should I do now?

Hi @pedroloopz ,

I am really sorry that you are facing this. Is this the latest version of the ISO? If not, the latest version might help.

We are already working on a different installer to replace Cnchi. It is doing considerably better already and we hope to get it out soon. We are available on our Discord Server for live support when team members are not asleep

chinchi also might stuck because of an unconfigured network. this you can set up by getting into settings network…
