Arch Linux’s Deepin packages have changed. Please await fixes for the installer package list and the accompanying announcement tomorrow before trying to install it online as otherwise it is likely to fail.
UPDATE: The new installer configuration release fixes this through auto-update, even on the existing ISOs.
