Cannot add to panel: Advanced MATE Menu

When I try to click and drag or use the “add” button to add the “Advanced MATE Menu” to top or bottom panel nothing happens.
On the other hand, Brisk, Classic, Compact menus work fine.
I used pamac-manager to install it “mate-menu 20.04.3-1” “Advanced menu for MATE Panel, a fork of MintMenu”.
Reinstalling does not fix the issue.
I installed “mintMenu” and it works even if the logo does not display right.

Kernel: 5.11.16-arch1-1 x86_64
bits: 64
Desktop: MATE 1.24.2
Distro: RebornOS Rolling
System: Lenovo T440

Thanks for the info. I’m going to check if the mate menu developer is working on an update.
I am sorry for the difficulty you have had with this menu. Hopefully it can be fixed soon (we depend on the app developer).
I hope you are enjoying RebornOS anyway (putting this problem aside)!
