# Login as normal User

My problem is I can’t login to a desktop as normal user and I can as administrator-root,  
Any sugestion?

Hi @tompravi1 ! 🙂

Let’s get some information:

1. Get into the TTY using `Ctrl Alt F2` or `Ctrl Alt Fn F2`
2. Try logging in here with your normal username and enter the password for that user (you would have entered this information during installation).
3. Take a picture of the output you see and post it here.
