# Installation hangs

Just downloaded version 2021-02-06.
Installation hangs trying to get to the third screen (the one after the requirements). When ‘force closing’ the installer after several minutes the message I get is:
“Cnchi.py” is not responding.
Tried several times, each time removing /var/tmp/cnchi/.setup-running between tries
System:
Intel Core i5 - Intel Graphics HD5500 - 8Gb

Good day!
Download the latest installer: **RebornOS-2021.03.13-x86\_64.iso** , and the problem will be corrected. Access our download page on the web by [clicking here](https://rebornos.org/downloads/).
This installer works without problems. The installer you are trying to use has an error in checking the internet connection, caused by the disappearance of a web page that cnchi used to establish the connection status.
