# Instalation don't proceed

I cannot proceed with the installation. My headache is already immense!

## I’ve tried formatting my compartment, deleting it, but nothing works. The message “getting your disk ready” stays on the screen but nothing happens for hours and hours. Hi @pedroloopz ,

I am really sorry that you are facing this. Is this the latest version of the ISO? If not, the latest version might help.

We are already working on a different installer to replace Cnchi. It is doing considerably better already and we hope to get it out soon. We are available on our [Discord Server](https://rebornos.org/discord) for live support when team members are not asleep 🙂

chinchi also might stuck because of an unconfigured network. this you can set up by getting into settings network…
