# Greetings from Brugge (BE)

I’m a retired Belgian Navy network manager/programmer. I started using Linux in the previous century, somewhere around 1996. It was Suse 6.2 or 6.3. It has been my daily driver at home since 2000 or so.  
I run a local LUG and once a month we have a meeting. Most of the LUGers are 60+ guys who are fed up with the closed & proprietary IT solutions and are/were looking for an alternative.

I switched to Arch a few years ago and I’m happy to have found Reborn.  
I run i3 as WM and was pleased that Reborn offered a vanilla environment.

My specs:  
Lenovo Desktop Intel i7 - 16 Gb / 128GB SSD / 2TB HDD - Reborn i3  
Lenovo Legion 5 - 16 Gb / nVidia / Dual boot Win10 - Arch i3
